Booking process

1. Please click on the RENT option on our home page. Select the type of accommodation to be rented, the check-in and check-out date, the number of guests. You can choose multiple unit for the same period and specify the number of persons per unit. For the glamping tents the minimum number of nights to be booked is 2.

2. Please click SEARCH button and based on the parameters you have selected the available type of accommodation for the given period will be displayed. It the case of camping pitches (tent places) you can rent an extra size if you are coming 2 with a tent for 4 person or 4 with a tent for 6 person.

3. Please select the appropriate accommodation, continue to enter the additional options and please indicate your parking intention. If you choose glamping tents, parking for 1 car is already included so only the additional parking need to be indicated. Parking for motorcycle is free of charge. After entering your information and email address the reservation process will close.

4. Upon completion of the reservation, we will send a confirmation email as acknowledgment and 30% of the final amount will be charged. The payment instructions will be included in the confirmation.

5. If the deposit of the reservation is not received within 3 business days the reservation will be automatically canceled. We'll send you warning emails about the pending booking, after the third warning, without notice, the reservation will be canceled.

6. Upon receipt of the deposit payment we will send a confirmation and issue the advance invoice which we would like to present at check-in.

7. Our Cancellation Policy: we can not pay back the deposit, but if you cancel your reservation at least 14 days before your arrival, you can use the deposit within one year. In case of cancellation within 14 days the deposit payment will be lost in full.
